1. Annual Whole-Home Plumbing Inspection

A certified Hatz Plumbing technician will perform a comprehensive inspection of your home’s visible plumbing system, including:

All visible water supply lines (corrosion, wear, leak detection)
Interior drains (sinks, tubs, showers)
Toilets (operation, seals, leak check)
Faucets, fixtures, and shut-off valves
Water pressure evaluation
Outdoor hose bibs
Sump pump inspection (if present)

This inspection helps identify developing issues before they become costly emergencies.

2. Annual Water Heater Flush & Safety Check

For tank-style water heaters only:

Complete sediment flush
T&P (temperature and pressure) relief valve test
Venting inspection (gas units)
Heating element and electrical component check (electric units)

Regular flushing extends tank life, improves efficiency, and reduces the risk of premature failure.
